This complete refurbishment and extension project showcases our commitment to preserving structures while upgrading them to meet contemporary living standards.
The project included significant energy upgrade measures, resulting in a BER uplift from E to A2. Key upgrades involved floor and wall insulation, double-glazed windows and doors, a Mitsubishi Ecodan heat pump, underfloor heating, and attic insulation. We also ensured air tightness of 5 or better and installed DCV systems.
